By commissioning, art trading, buying an adopt or base automatically means you have read and agreed to my terms of service. I have the right to decline, block, and refuse you any service that goes against these terms. I also have the right to decline any commissions without any given reason.USE
- My art may only be used in personal/non commercial use unless otherwise agreed upon. (Pfp, banner, personal art prints, personal stickers, wallpapers, etc.) If you have questions or concerns please ask me!
- Please always credit me as the artist!
- NEVER feed any of my work (includes sketches) into AI models to “reproduce art” do not feed my art to AI for any reason, as that is copyright infringement.PAYMENTS & REFUNDS
- Payments will be in USD and made through PayPal invoice or CashApp.
- Payments are required upfront, or alternatively 50% before sketch and 50% after final approved sketch.
- Once a commission is completed, or adopt is transferred payment is un-refundable.
- Refunds will only be given if you cancel before 40% of the work is done (aka before completed Line-art) after this stage you will only receive a partial refund after the 50% mark (Line-art is fully completed)
- I reserve the right to cancel and refund the commission at any point if I need to.CHANGES
- Large edits/adjustments must be made before the line-art stage is completed. (Large edits such as: pose/character changes, backgrounds, additions of characters/items, etc.)
- Small edits/adjustments may be requested after the commission is completed but there is no guarantee I will adjust them all. (Expression changes, small markings, and other minor details)BASE/ADOPT RULES
- You may not create hateful/discriminatory designs with my bases
- You may not use character designs I created for any form of hate/discrimination or I will block, blacklist you from purchasing any further art from me.
- When an adopt or design is transferred, payment is un-refundable.I WILL DRAW

- Reptiles
- Basically any animal
- Anthro Characters
- Gore (only if you are 18+)
- I will make an attempt to draw humans and humanoids but I cannot guarantee satisfaction with the quality. I will not refund said art unless I feel like I did not give it my all.
- Armor/MechI WON’T DRAW
- NSFW / 18+ sexual themes
- Exaggerated features purely for sexual reasons
- Over sexualization/objectification of female characters
- Any form of hate/discrimination
